What can I do if I am missing the hardware of an item from my order?

Please provide us with the following details:

For an Online Order  

  1. Order Number
  2. Name/ SKU number of the item missing the hardware
  3. Part Number according to the Assembly Instructions

 For In-Store Purchase

  1. Receipt Copy
  2. Name/ SKU number of the item missing the hardware
  3. Part Number according to the Assembly Instructions
  4. Your Full Name, Address and Contact number

We can then have the missing hardware couriered to you by our Spares department.
